Unless there is a problem with your order, we aim to ship every order within one business day.

If you urgently need your purchase, visit the Contact page and get in touch, we may be able to ship faster!

If you've created an account, the tracking details should be available in there. But visit the contact page or send a DM on Twitter and we'll answer any questions as quickly as possible.

You may return any item within 14 days of receiving the item in its original condition. Please send a message through the contact page and we'll sort you out. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the item being returned and refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Football Kit Market can't be held responsible for any returned items that do not arrive, so please use a tracked delivery service to return your items!

Yes! We do absolutely everything we can to ensure the shirts we sell are genuine shirts, made by the original manufacturer at the time. If you've got any doubts or queries, please email sales@footballkitmarket.com and we'll be happy to provide any extra information or pictures you'd like to see.

All our shirts are verified to be genuine, then carefully washed before a full check of the shirt condition takes place with any issues noted to add them to the listing. The shirts are then photographed, processed and added to the site.

Yes! Visit the Mystery Shirt link in the main menu for individual shirts, but if you've seen us provide a Mystery Box with multiple items in on YouTube and would like that experience for yourself, please get in touch through the Contact page. Either way, we're proud that our Mystery Shirts are always great value for money. And we'll always try and respect any requests made with purchase.

Indeed we do! You'll get some football cards/stickers, and typically either a football programme or a Corinthian-style figure with your shirt. We try and make them relevant to your purchase, but sometimes that just isn't possible!

Absolutely. Whether it's a single shirt or a whole collection, just visit the Sell link at the top of the page, fill in your details and we'll be in touch.

We currently don't buy youth sizes. We also generally avoid match-worn or autographed items, just because of the difficulty in proving they are genuine, so please keep that in mind when contacting us.
